MOUNT COOLUM GOLF CLUB
Development Watch is strongly opposed to planning scheme amendments that are designed to facilitate approval of applications for development. Council has confirmed it is in receipt of a rezoning request in relation to the Mt Coolum Golf Club. There will be a time when submissions will be called for from concerned organisations/residents. DW will assist in keeping you informed in this regard.

PROPOSED AMENDMENT TO SUNSHINE COAST PLANNING SCHEME – TWIN WATERS WEST
Development Watch was a co-Respondent alongside Council in the previous Court action in relation to developing this flood plain at Twin Waters West. We do not want that action and the time and money associated with it to now be deemed a waste.
